Refund policy

At Swarna Champa, we take pride in offering handcrafted, authentic hand-block printed products made by skilled artisans. To ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience, please note our cancellation and refund guidelines:

 

Authenticity of Handcrafted Products

  • All our products are handmade using the traditional art of hand-block printing.

  • Minor irregularities such as slight misalignments, uneven ink application, or subtle variations in patterns and colors, etc. are inherent characteristics of this craft.

  • These variations are not considered defects but are proof of the handmade process, celebrating the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece.

 

Replacement or Refund for Defective Products

  • If your product has a genuine defect (not related to the handmade nature of the product), we are happy to offer an exchange for a replacement or a product of the same value.

  • Alternatively, approved refunds will be credited into original payment method  within 7-10 working days after the defective product is picked up from the provided address.

  • Replacements will be delivered within 7 working days subject to availability of product. Depends on courier service availability in the delivery location.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item (excluding handmade imperfections), contact us within 24 hours of order delivery. Ensure the tags remain intact for verification.

  • We offer 1 day return policy.

 

Refund Claim Procedure

To process a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Record an unboxing video of the package and send it to us within 12 hours of receiving  the shipment. The video must be authentic and unedited, as staged or altered videos will not be accepted.
  • Ensure that the item has not been used or washed, as such products are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Each purchased item is eligible for only one exchange.

 

Swarna Champa’s Right to Assess Returns

  • Swarna Champa reserves the right to assess the condition of returned products and make the final decision on refunds or exchanges.

 

Health and Hygiene Guidelines

  • For the safety of our customers and employees, we adhere to strict health and hygiene protocols.

 

 

7. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes related to orders or returns are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.

 

8. Customer Acknowledgment
